Ordering by Phone
If you would rather talk to us here at Bridal Pieces and order your items over the phone, please give us a ring on 01270 667175 or Maria on 07990 066255. We would prefer not to hold credit card information so we will produce a Paypal invoice for you, once the invoice has been paid we can process the order and let you know approximate dispatch dates.

We offer a selection of products that we keep in stock for brides in a hurry. Whilst we prioritize stock of these products at busy times stock may be depleted. We urge you to drop an email or make a note on your order if items are required for a specific date. IN STOCK items will be sent out free of charge, 2nd class by Royal Mail, if you require faster shipping there is a paid for First Class option at check out.

QUICK SHIP DISPATCH products
These products may or may not be held in stock but can be dispatched to you with 3 - 5 days. These products will be dispatched by 2nd class Royal Mail, if you wish to speed the delivery time up, there is a paid for First Class option at checkout.

Shoes
Whilst we realise buying shoes can be a tricky business, and different styles and heel heights need to be tried, we would politely ask customers to limit shoe orders to 2 pairs per order.

We do not keep customers debit/credit card details here at Bridal Pieces. Our secure payment are provided by Stripe, or payment can be made via Paypal.

Shipping and Delivery
- Items will be shipped by Standard 2nd class Royal Mail at a cost of £3.95. Customers can use code SHIPUK for free UK shipping on all orders except shoe purchases.
- Royal mail 1st class delivery is available at check out at a cost of £4.95 per order,
- Please be aware however that only IN STOCK items will be sent out immediately. We have some items that we can ship to you in 3 - 5 days, look for our QUICK SHIP DISPATCH on the product photos. Other items may be up to 14 working days
- We will notify you of an approximate dispatch date within 4 days of receiving your order for all non IN STOCK items
- HOWEVER, PLEASE ALLOW APPROX 14 WORKING DAYS FOR DELIVERY.
- Many of our products are shipped from Europe and as such can be delayed for a number of reasons, customs, transport, weather. Unfortunately, this is out of our control, but we will notify you of any significant delays.
- Out of stock items or items that may be delayed significantly will be notified to the buyer and placed on back order or a full refund offered. We receive weekly stock deliveries so even if Out of Stock there should only be a short delay.
- EU customers - the above applies for EU customers, we will send your parcel By Royal Mail and or Parcel Force at a standard cost of £19.95. Unfortunately, we can not offer an express delivery to the EU.
Returns
- Returns and exchanges will be accepted for ALL items except earrings and jewellery sets (that include earrings), all of the secret weapon ranges, panties, shorts and thongs.
- Please notify us within 14 days if you wish to return items, we will issue a returns number to enter on the returns slip enclosed with your delivery.
- From January 1st 2020, returns are at the customers expense. Please use the address label provided.
- A full refund (excluding initial delivery charge, if one was applied) will be given providing the items are returned unworn, unused or unopened, free of smells, marks, stains, tears and in the case of tiaras and hair accessories, hairspray. All labeling and packaging must be intact.
- Please ensure returned items are received by us within 7 days of notifying us of intention to return.
- When an order has been sent in time for a specific 'Wear Date', the items will NOT be refunded if we are notified of return AFTER the wear date
- Refunds will be processed and issued within 7 days.
- Exchanges will be sent out once the original goods have been received with us unless another new order is made.
